Data Processing Sciences Corp. is a 43 year old network integration company headquartered in Cincinnati, OH and I have an immediate opening for 2 sales positions in our Blue Ash office.   They are specifically looking for recent graduates who are eager to begin their sales careers.

Job description for the sales position

Title:  Contract Services Representative (CSR) 
Location: Contract Services Team (CST) - Corporate  

Reports to: CST Manager - Dave Peveler 

FLSA:  Exempt 

Overview: Increase sales of contract services to end-user customers. 

General Responsibilities:   

• Prospecting, quoting and closing contract service sales.
• Market the CST Services to customers, DPS sales force and other partners
• Understand different contract services offered by DPS and our major partners.

 Specific Responsibilities:

“A” Priorities: 

• Achieve Quota and Minimum Monthly Requirements.
• Target specific companies to market and sell the CST Services.
• Supply weekly sales funnel report.
• Daily proactive outbound telemarketing to end-users and/or partners for the specific purpose of increasing CST sales.
• Be able to quote all contract services available from our various partners.
• Be proficient in closing services and identifying components of a complete order so that orders may be successfully turned over to CST Support.
• Maintain pricing tools and databases of contacts for the purpose of quoting and closing CST sales to insure quality of information and customer satisfaction.

“B” Priorities: 

• Prepare existing contracts for renewal 90 days in advance of expiration.
• Work with CST Support to verify and assist in the payment of invoices.
• Proactively identify industry partners that would be sources for lead generation.
• Seek training on contract services as needed to refine sales and knowledge.
• Assist in post-sale support issues (wrong S/N’s, billing issues, etc.).
• Build relationships with our partner contacts.
• Understand how to use and leverage the many tools (web sites, JD Edwards, funnels, etc.)

Marketing Internship at Paramount’s Kings Island for the Fall semester.  (Posted Aug 23rd)

Specifically, the person will be working in Promotions.  The work schedule is flexible, 20-40 hours per week depending on what the person is available.  Hours are typically Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 5:00.  However, some weekends might be necessary as we will need help with Fearfest into the Fall.  Work will commence around the first of September and will conclude in November or December, depending on business needs.  Qualified applicants need either be enrolled currently in a Marketing program, or be in a transition after having recently graduated.  Interested parties are welcome to contact Susan Ledford-Maggard directly for more information on how to apply!
