COURSE OBJECTIVES |
Students will learn about the international business and management practices across the different Far-East Asian countries, such as China, Korea, and Japan, through conducting a research about and hands-on field trip experiences to well-known international firms in Asia. |

MAKE-UPS |
We will provide a make-up in the case of serious illness or other comparable official situation. You must notify us in advance and fill out an excused absence form prior to the make-up. No make-ups will be given for any unexcused tests/quizzes. All assignments are due at the beginning of the class on the due date. |

CLASS & TEST PREPARATION |
For each class it is our expectation that you will read the assigned material and complete any related homework assignments. By doing this you will be prepared for the in-class quizzes and the hands-on exercises. |

ATTENDANCE |
Students are required to attend all class meetings and field trips to companies. |
