Hawaii has a large mixture of cultures. The people of
Hawaii can trace their lineage back to almost every area or cultural region in the world.
Many citizens have a mixed ancestry of Japanese, Hawaiian, Chinese, Spanish, German,
Korean, Puerto Rican, Filipino, Portuguese, Indian, Samoan, Vietnamese, and Anglo-Saxon.
