This major was approved by the University Senate in March of 2004 and became effective in the Fall of 2004. All students in Organizational Leadership (OL) or Human Resource Management (HR) have the option to continue with their current major requirements or to switch to the new major. Since the start of Fall semester, students will no longer be allowed to register for the OL or HR majors and they will be phased out as current students graduate.
