India Initiatives

With preparations beginning in early 2005, I led the first group of students and faculty from the Farmer School on a two week field study to India in June/July 2006. We travelled to Hyderabad, New Delhi and Agra and visited prominent companies, heard lectures from leaders in academia, government and business and saw a cross-section of the vastness and disparities, the rich cultural heritage of the ancient co-mingling, often boisterously, with contemporary influences. The trip generated unforgettable memories for every participant.
